large easy to work with kitchen with adjoining dining room and large lounge.
Very friendly easy to get on with flatmates that will respect your privacy.
Because of the lay out of the house we hardly see each other coming and going.
Board amount is $330 includes : own personal ensuite linen cupboard, all linen, furnishings and day to day products such as milk, sugar, coffee, tea, milo, toilet tissue, and cleaning products. Housekeeping and gardening, maintenance, and lawns taken care of.
Extra's are Utilities: Power, Unlimited Internet, Netflix and Water Rates. @$40
Total per week @ $370.
Bond needed of 3 weeks @ $370
Plus first week of board in advance....
Cost to move in $1,480 in total.
All you need are your personals 1 weeks rent in advance and 3 weeks bond and your good to go.
Bus into city is opposite gate. 10 to 15 minutes drive.
Walking distance to cafes restaurants and Close to Greenlane Hospital.
