| Detailed Description |
| We have just moved into a 5 bedroom house and we need two people to move in with us asap!
We are three early twenty year old ladies who a looking for a couple of easy going, good natured people to join us in making this house a home.
It's a large, sunny house in Hataitai just five minutes walk away from the village. The bus stop is just up the steps from the house and you can catch both the 14 and 5 to town.
The house is private with a nice garden, ready for veges to grow and perfect for barbies in the sun. The living room/kitchen has two huge french doors that open out to the front yard, with a washing machine hidden behind a door next to the kitchen. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which also has a shower over a bath. There's no mould and the first half of the house has wooden floors (Including one of the bedrooms available) and the rest of the bedrooms have nice clean carpet. The rooms are clean and tidy and both have really nice windows, one bedroom looking out over the Hataitai side of Mt. Vic. The two rooms available are both double rooms that have wardrobes in both. Although not the biggest rooms they are decent sizes and will get pics up soon as.
The rent is $155 a week and $25 expenses (total $180)
We enjoy the odd drink now and then and enjoy music a lot so if you enjoy silence this isn't the house for you. We also enjoy watching movies and TV and having a 50 inch 3D TV really enhances the experience! We have heaps of board games, are slightly nerdy and all have full time jobs in hospitality.
Our ideal candidates would be full time workers, preferably male (Just to try and balance it out a bit) but we don't mind having girls around either. We don't mind a couple and one person but to be honest neither rooms would be big enough for two people to live together.
